The hotel is chiefly known for its restaurants, which are also open to non-residents. The brasserie offers relaxed meals with a Mediterranean influence, and al fresco dining in summer on the broad terrace overlooking rolling lawns and the lake.
The fine dining restaurant boasts 2 Michelin stars, and is set in an impressive Art Deco setting, with crisp white linen and a seasonal French menu accompanied by a fine wine list.

- Follow the road into the centre, and at the lake turn left onto "Quai Gustave Ador", which follows the south-west shore of the lake.
