This modern and comfortable 3-star hotel is set in Lisbon's city centre, in a pleasant district between Park Edward VII and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Near to Marques de Pombal, Av. Liberdade, the "El Corte Ingles" department store and a 2-minute walk from São Sebastião metro station, the hotel is only 4 metro stations away from the historic city centre of Baixa-Chiado, Bairro Alto, Rossio and Restauradores, where the famous Hard Rock Café is located, and 6 minutes from Saldanha Square’s metro station and the airport’s Aerobus stop.

If you decide to go to the historic centre by metro it'll take about 15 minutes, but if you choose to go by foot, it’s a very pleasant 30-minute walk through the Park Edward VII, with its amazing view over Lisbon, Marques de Pombal and Av. Liberdade, one of the most beautiful avenues in the city.

55 rooms are in simple deep-red and white décor and 15 are in light green and yellow décor. All rooms have light oak furniture and are equipped with satellite LCD 21” TV with 17 international TV channels and 4 radio channels.

The room one double bed or 2 single beds, some come accomodate 2 extra beds (triple or family rooms). 28 rooms have a private balcony.

When making your reservation, please mention your preference for double or twin bed. Also please advise your estimated arrival time to the hotel.

All requests depend on the availability on the day of arrival.

Each room is also equipped with 220 volt electricity, double glazed windows, individual safe, electronic key card, smoke detectors and individual climate control.

The restaurant is only available for groups and it is necessary to book beforehand, but in the surrounding area you have a good restaurant variety.

At the "Lobby Bar" you can enjoy great cocktails, selection of wines, beers, soft drinks and light snacks. If you prefer, you can order the room service during the Bar opening hours at no extra charge.
It's opened from 11.00 until 01.00 during weekdays, and until midnight on weekends.

Buffet Breakfast is served from 07:15 until 10:30, all days.

By Car (from the airport or A1 motorway (North - Oporto) or from the A12 motorway (Vasco da Gama Bridge)):
- Take the Segunda Circular (towards Campo Grande) and then take the exit to Campo Grande.
- Go straight ahead towards Marques de Pombal, passing through Saldanha Square.
- Then go down Fontes Pereira de Melo Avenue, turning right at the Antonio Augusto Aguiar Avenue.
- When you reach the El Corte Ingles Shopping Centre, turn right at the Av. Duque de Avila and you will find the hotel 200 metres ahead at your right.

By Car (from the A2 highway (South - Algarve)):
- From the 25 Abril Bridge take the exit to Praca de Espanha.
- Go up Calouste Gulbenkian Avenue (passing below the Aqueduct), through Praca de Espanha and straight ahead to Av. de Berna.
- Turn right at 5 de Outubro Avenue, turn right at Av. Duque de Avila and the hotel is 400 metres ahead on the left.

By Taxi (from the airport):
- The ride should take about 15 minutes and cost around EUR 15.

By Bus (from the airport):
- The Aerobus number 91 leaves to/from the airport to the city centre every 20 minutes.
- Tickets can be purchased on board for EUR 3.60.
- The journey takes about 30 minutes.
- The nearest stop is at Saldanha Square, 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

By Metro: São Sebastião Metro Station is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Cancellation/ Modification note:

Reservations cancelled or modified free of charged are considered till 18h00 (hotel local time - GMT) of the day prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Group Reservations:
For reservations starting from 8 rooms up the hotel considers it as a Group. For so, 45 days prior to arrival 20% of the 1st night of all booked rooms is charged on the credit card given for guarantee and non refundable.

15 days prior to arrival, it will be charged the remaining 80% regarding the 1st night of stay and also non refundable.

If the group or part of it makes a "no show", the 2nd night of stay will also be charged.

Modifications are possible up to 2 days prior to arrival but always depending on hotel's acceptance and availability. Please note that amounts already charged are not refundable.
