Hotel Nes is centrally located on Ameland and has just been refurbished. Only 700 meters from the beach and the village Nes. The woods and dunes are also nearby.

Take the boat from Holwerd to reach Ameland (45 minutes).
From the boat you can take the bus (10/15 minutes), costs EUR 2 for a return ticket. Ask the bus driver for the stop Hotel Nes.
You can also rent a bicycle at the harbor. It will take about 10/15 minutes to reach the hotel.
To take your car to Ameland, you need to make a reservation at Wagenborg Passagiers Diensten.
Parking: The hotel has private parking, +/- 10 places.
