Flanked by the pretty flower market and the Reguliersdwastraat, the street with cafes, restaurants and many gay establishments. 10 minutes walk from busy Dam Square, Chinatown and the red light district, but lots of shopping to do along the way. Great location.

	Most of the staff were helpful at the front desk.
	The rooms are a tad small for 2 people.

The overall rating is excellent. Staff including house keepers are friendly. I stayed in a room at the 1st floor where a receptionist recommended me for free-upgrade. The room was nice; but due to being on the street side, little noisy during nights. Good location for the tram access was a trade-off. Air conditioner was dead for the first 3 nights; but after I claimed, hotel put steam panel-heating system on.

	Staff were very kind and reliable.
	Breakfast was satisfactory, but I would rather be happy if it was included in the hotel rate. I also like to have a sleep-key on the TV remote controller.

Nice - clean - good central situation BUT bad beds for 2 persons - no respect of the hour for breakfast (close at 10 iso 10,30)- personal not friendly enough - for renting bike they send you to extranl supplier (not via the hotel)

This hotel is possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was dirty and had view out the window of a brick wall. Television did not work and for a twin room it was without doubt the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The door key did not work initially and we had people in the next room screaming & fighting with each other all night "my partner was too scared to leave the room". For a 4 star hotel it was terrible and I will never stay there ever again.

	Absolutely nothing. A very unpleasant experience all together.
	Everything totally ruined our weekend break. My partner still talks about it 9 months later!!!

I dont have a good opinion of the accueil. Our rooms wasn't ready at 4 PM when we arrived and we waited too long before to have the possibility to go in our rooms

We where a group participating in a sport event for a weekend. The hotel was close to the city centre, and easy transport to the sport hall (Olympic stadion). Rooms was ok, staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was as expected.
