Fridendly atmosphere and well located

A good location, nice staff, nice rooms and a fair price. But you have to live with very bad beds. And are you staying on the 4. floor, you might need earplugs!

	The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasent. The staff was very helpful and serviceminded. Also nice to have access to a computer and the internet.
	The beds were a disaster. And we were 4 people in two rooms who had that experience. The rooms on the 4. floor - at least room 402 - are bothered from a deep humming sound which I think comes from the ventalationsystem on the roof. We had to sleep with earplugs!

Nice hotel with a good location and friendly staff. If you prefer view then ask for a room with view, because some rooms haven't got any (then it's a bit dark).

Perfect location, very helpful staff, perfect rooms and free use of internet including the printer. Staff did help us to order tickets in Spanish by telephone for a concert from Buena Vista Social Club in the Liceu theatre!

Our second stay in this hotel, rooms are a bit small but the location is great

The location of this hotel in the old Gotic district is extraordinary, the only drawback being that it is difficult to get a taxi to deliver you within a couple of blocks of it, but walking is delightful! The staff could not have been nicer -- they were friendly and always helpful. The only drawback is the size of the rooms which is to be expected in an historic area in Europe, but if you travel light you will be fine. When we returning to Barcelona, we would want to return to this hotel.

Lovely small hotel in one of the best areas of town. Ideal.

Perfectly placed hotel.Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful .Requested a quiet room which we received.The breakfasts were excellent and we would definately stay at this hotel again on future visits to Barcelona and recommend it to friends with no hesitation.

	We used the tourist bus which took us around all the sights and walked quite a bit round the city.We also took the train to Sitges and had lunch by the sea.In the evening enjoyed the wonderful food and wine on offer in Barcelona.

It is a very nice hotel. Not to big. The people are very nice en the rooms are perfect. Also the breakfeast is perfect. We come back in this hotel when we are coming back to Barcelona.
