The hotel is located at a small suspicious street and no people were there. The hygiene was bad, the room was not clean. There was no heating in my room. Repair works were carried out in the hotel and there were many workers there. A noise was heard from the repair works.

The only thing I like is the service by the stuff. The men were very polite. |

Hotel was fine.We had breakfast and ti was good enough especially if you compare with other hotels and rates.Finding hotel took time as we are new in the city but if you have a map it won't be a problem.

The person at the reception was very kind. The hotel is situated not far from the metro station, that's good. There is the possibility to leave the laguage for a few hours, even if you dont stay there any more. |

The hotel is in the lane and alleys. There is smell of urine, the smell of containners...getting back to the hotel at a dark time of the day there is a feeling of unsafe place. The toillet in the back of the hall, that's not comfortable at all. The smell of smoke during the night. As I noticed it is allowed to smoke, but even if I dont smoke, all night I felt the smoke from my neighbours. The thing that you give THE SAME BREAKFAST EVERY DAY. |

The noise, I couldn't sleep well, I was in the first floor et for exemple, close my room some one left the room at 01:00 am and TV sound was very loud and the door was open. Then on the ground floor someone watched TV and I could listen it. The street where the hotel is when we arrive we feel that is insecure, there was my first impression |

I was very satisfied with the quality of the hotel and the room was located near the back courtyard so it was very quiet. The only disappointment was the coffee at breakfast. I ate late at 9h30 but the coffee was definitely not freshly brewed.
