The food, the staf, the spa |

The cleaning of the room was not good. The cakes and the fruit was still there after 3 days. |

Very nice hotel and very good staff generaly. The heating system did not work properly which meant the room was rather warm all the time

We felt that the hotel was tired and could do with upgrading.It was not a 5 star in my mind.Your bank was outof order all 5 days we were there.We were executive and room was very small. |
