TV reception for the cup final was terrible i had to listen to it on the BBc world service radio which I picked up on my mobile phone

We like our stay in your Hotel, we found it conveniently located. Very polite staff, a place I would not mind to return.

We had a delightful stay and loved the location. Not only the proximity to the Opera House but the train as well.

A very welcoming hotel in a great location. Rooms are very modern and comfortable.

• The friendly staff, comfortable rooms and very good food in the Bistro.
• The parking garage is very expensive compared to other European hotels.

A very comfortable hotel in an excellent position for sightseeing. Breakfast was comprehensive with something to suit all tastes and cultures. All staff spoke very good english and were helpful. Internet acccess was a boon esp having teenagers with us.

We are very pleased with our stay at your hotel and would very much like to come back, maybe next autumn. We also enjoyed the city but this time we did not have time to wisit the opera, but next time we certainly will.

The hotel was clean, quiet and well run. There was an excellent selection for the buffet breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The decor throughout is modern and tasteful. The room was clean and had all facilities.

• The hotel is in a perfect situation - very central so within walking distance of everywhere a visitor needs to go. We loved it!
• For some reason we found the bed quite uncomfortable but this is a personal thing and others may not find it so!
