Excellent spacious rooms with balcony over the lake. Well located for access to surrounding areas and Velden centre. As we were there in September there were no crowds. The management and staff were very polite, very helpful and very efficient.

The staff did not really care that we were there.My wife was looking forward to some of the Wellness services: massage, facial, etc. Nothing was available ------ a great disappointment. |
