Simple but stylish, Munich's Tabacco is a restaurant-bar in the centre of the city.
The food has won praise for its innovative European fare produced by chef Rodney Lockwood, while the bar boasts a huge array of cocktails, although this are far from cheap.
Worldsbestbars.com particularly recommends the whisky cocktails here and reminds revellers that this particular bar is closed on Sundays - perfect for those who want to stay in for one night before they stay up late the rest of the week.
A more laid-back venue than other city-centre nightlife locations, it is elegantly decorated with dark wood panelling, wooden tables and simple leather chairs, although the chandeliers do add a slightly more extravagant touch.
Munich is a great place to head for a night out, with an array of fun, trendy destinations including Baby, Brenner, P1 and the classy Schumann's Bar am Hofgarten.
