I rented this room for our relatives from Belfast, NI, Kate & Ian, who were joining us in Edinburgh for the weekend of November 3 - 5. This is Kate's review: "The room was warm and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the most comfortable I have found in a hotel. I am very particular about pillows! The breakfast was very enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful."
The shower door was broken, but the shower was still functional.

Treatment by staff and owners,convience to transportation, my room which was spacious and clean, breakfast,etc basically everything went better than expected.
The same as in most b and bs'...the stairs but I got plenty of help with my luggage....

Quiet residential area with free parking if needed. Friendliness of owners and very tasty and extensive breakfast. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked.
Bedroom furniture was pine and could benefit from a refresh.
