All staff were brilliant and most helpful. Even keeping two bikes in store cupboard with access to them anytime. Room was very big and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a continental with plenty of choice. Made a nice change from cooked breakfast, food was very fresh too.

Perfect location, great bed and a really good breakfast. Excellent complimentary coffee 24 hours a day, bar was nice and reasonable, didn't eat there except for breakfast but what I saw others eating at other times looked really good.
Room was smaller than I expected but it's likely right in line with the rest of Edinburgh. If you're in the room you'll be on the bed.

When I arrived and asked staff about directions for a couple of things, they then left several printouts of other suitable sounding activities in my room. Iwas very impressed by this!

Near the centre. Convenient for where I needed to be. Loved the querky Scottish décor, custom carpet etc.
Very basic breakfast for the price.

Politeness of all staff .Nothing was too much of an efford for them. The Hotel was very comfortable and clean .The breakfast was a treat ,such choice was excellent.

Location was perfect for our needs. ( shopping for wedding). Near train station too.Staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early so we could leave our bags and start shopping ASAP !!
I unfortunately had a mishap and twisted my ankle returning to the hotel in the evening which resulted in an unexpected trip to Edinburgh Royal Infirmiry. Staff were very helping, got us a taxi and assisted my into it as I was unable to weight bare.overall an excellent experience despite my mishap! We will be back!
